October 2025 1st Batch Enterprise Series LCD TV Enclosures

1. ENCLOSURE IN LARGER SIZES WOBBLES LEFT AND RIGHT, AFTER MOUNTING & INSTALLATION

a. Noted on models 55” 65” and 75” only, all other models do not have this issue

b. Open enclosure and add 1 x screw to the inside of the enclosure on the left and 1 x screw to the right to catch the back wall and stop the enclosure from moving. This also adds a bonus anti-theft feature. Add silicon to the screw heads. Do not screw them too tight, just enough to catch the sheet metal softly, as screwing them super tight will warp and distort the enclosure.

c. 32”, 43” and 50” ok, 86” 98” do not move and do not need this fix although you can apply it.

• Example of bolting through the enclosure and catching the back wall to provide extra stability and security

UPDATE = 2026 this issue has been resolved on all new models

2. IR REPEATER MODULE DOES NOT STICK TO THE ANTI-CORROSIVE PAINT FINISH.

a. Please add some of your own double-sided tape for better adhesion

3. MAGNETIC FANS HAVE FALLEN OFF DURING TRANSPORT

a. This occurs from going up and down during movements with the forklift. Please replace the magnetic fans back to their original location. They are easy to reconnect using the magnets.

UPDATE = 2026 this issue has been resolved on all new models

4. FRONT PANEL IS FROSTED

a. The front 4.5mm polycarbonate is NOT frosted. It is matt finish and has a protective coating across the front and the inside. Please remove the front protective layer with your hand.

Please remove the inside with a Stanley/box cutter knife. Making sure you start the peel using the knife very gently and you make a cut at a strict 45degree angle all around the inside frame. Then peel off in one go.

Clean the polycarbonate with a cloth, microfiber or some water. Do not use abrasives or Windex. Alcohol spray onto the cloth first is ok.

5. FANS DON’T TURN ON

a. Fans are set to come on at the low setting temperature which is 25 degrees. Otherwise, they do not turn on. Fans increase in speed as the temperature increases. Fan speed can be activated at 20degrees if needed or increased

6. GAS STRUTS

a. Each enclosure has gas struts to hold the door open, but each TV has different thickness bezel/frame. After installing the TV and then closing the door the gas struts might hit your TV’s bezel or frame. Gas struts are only installed for convenience, you can remove them and close the door, they are not necessary for the enclosures intended purpose, which is enclosures safety, protection and waterproofing which is what the enclosure is designed for.

UPDATE = 2026 this issue has been resolved on all new models, we have increased the overall widths by 10mm and we have new snap on/.snap off gas struts for easy removal.

7. VESA HOLES ON SOME SMALLER TVS AT THE BOTTOM OF THE TV NOT IN THE MIDDLE

a. For VESA stud pattern which is not in the middle of the TV but rather at the bottom of the TV, you need to move the vertical bars up to catch the top of the holes only, leave the bottom holes out, then the horizontal attachment will line up in the middle instead of the being across the bottom of the TV, then the TV will be sitting up too high and not fit inside the enclosure. You can BUY extended vertical arms here

Solution – Move VESA verticals up catch top the holes only. Leave bottom holes out, position the brackets into middle and then attach horizontal bar. S8 bracket example 75” TV below

Leave out the holes marked in the red down the bottom. Attach bottom of vertical vesa points to TOP holes only. Attach horizontal mount for connecting to the inside of the enclosure

Upon request we can add a custom vertical bar, a longer piece if needed
