1:Introduction to Control Board: THI300MB

3.Description of parameter setting:

1.After the temperature control board is powered on, the digital tube immediately displays 888.8,and the current ambient temperature is displayed after 1 second, the green LED POWER is always on, and the RUN indicator is flashing.

2.Press Setting' key once the digital tube displays “H50.C' which means that the maximum temperature is set to 5 0 degree C. The factory default setting is 50 degree C. The maximum temperature can be set to 60 degree C. The temperature range can be set from 21 to 60 degree C.

3.Press the Setting' key for the second time, the digital tube displays L27.C’ indicating that the minimum temperature is set to 27 degrees C, the factory default setting is 27 degrees C, the minimum temperature can be set to 20 degrees C,

4.Press the Set' button three times, the digital tube returns to display the current real-time temperature, and save the set data.

5.NTC temperature sensor is 100K(error i%), temperature sensor failure or not inserted, the digital tube displays 'error'

4 Explanation

When the ambient temperature is greater than 1 degree above the minimum set temperature, the fan starts, and when the ambient emperature is less than 1 degree below the minimum set temperature, the fan switches off.。

2.Fan temperature control adjustment interval is: greater than the lowest set temperature 1 degree to the highest set temperature between the PWM output adjustment, the output duty cycle PWM for 5% -100%.

3.When the fan is in the temperature parameter setting state, it keeps the original speed unchanged and must exit the setting state for the parameters to be saved and take effect. (Press setup button 2 times to exit setup state).

4.If there is no key operation within 10 seconds in the setting state, the system will automatically exit the setting state and save the parameters automatically, and return to the current. .display of real-time temperature.
